In the safe space of a coaching relationship, your coach will seek to understand the situation presented, create a non-judgemental atmosphere in which possibilities and alternatives are explored, and then move to action by developing and agreeing on a coaching programme.
Self-discovery will be encouraged by means of powerful questions and/or assigning homework that may take the form of thought experiments, self-observations in given situations, reading, reflecting, and once-off exercises. These are actions that seek experiential learning and development of new approaches to situations. In an integral way, cognitive, emotional and somatic issues are explored, looking at the current concerns and commitments, the future as well as the underlying mood and temper of the situation. All of this is done in a sheltered and confidential environment to help you, the client, identify personal and/or business and/or relationship goals, and develop robust action plans intended to achieve those goals.
Ultimately success of a coaching process rests on the clarity of desired goals and the successful implementation of solutions generated.
A robust coaching relationship has duration of 6 - 18 months. It
is based on individual motivation and strives to achieve
excellence and long term sustainable transformation. The
methodology embraces the mystery of being human and
is grounded in philosophy, existentialism, psychology,
neuroscience motivational theories and 21st century thinking.
